We are a fitness facility opened to the public for monthly memberships and personal training. We have been in business since 2002 in the Plano area, and have recently relocated to the NW corner of Independence and Parker. Training Techniques strives to offer a clean, friendly, and professional atmosphere. We offer the best in equipment, personal training and massage therapy.

Our staff includes certified and friendly personal trainers to assist you in your fitness and health goals. If you dislike the overcrowded gym atmosphere or get frustrated trying to find a parking spot, Training Techniques is perfect for you. Our gym is 3,500 square feet and has a more personal feel.


BRIDAL BOOT CAMP

As the most important day of your life approaches you will want to feel and look your best. Our bridal boot camp programs are developed to help improve your quality of life, health and wellness. Add years to your life looking great and feeling fantastic. Fit into the wedding dress of your dreams and stay fit for life.

Brides are overly stressed during the wedding planning process. Take this time for yourself to de-stress, relax your mind, and transform your body. You?ll leave the gym with a better attitude and the energy you need during this hectic time.

At Training Techniques, our team of health and fitness professionals will help you with your questions and needs.

Our program will ensure that your biomechanics will be performed properly. You will learn how to maintain your new healthy lifestyle. Your trainer will also assess your fitness level and challenge you according to your ability. The workouts will be challenging but achievable.

You will train with a certified trainer who is fun and motivating. Your trainer will teach you how to eat healthier, what foods to avoid and what foods boost your metabolism so that you will feel confident and beautiful on your wedding day.

You will start with a fitness assessment. This includes measurements, body fat, and food diary. We will help you eat for weight loss and optimum health. We?ll teach you how to make small but attainable changes to your diet and daily routine to help you reach your goals.

You will burn between 300 to 800 calories per workout. You will be encouraged to take some safe and effective supplements to help boost your metabolism.

By taking these steps you will be making positive changes for a healthier lifestyle enjoying the benefits not only for your wedding but also for the rest of your life.
